ABOUT THE FIRM

Komsiiski & Velikov is a bulgarian law firm established in 1990 in Stara Zagora under the name of Komsiiski and Partners Attorneys-at-law. Throughout the years, the Firm expanded by opening new offices in Sofia, Pazardzhik and Pleven. Komsiiski & Velkiov's employees are lawyers who are members of various Bar Associations. In 2012, the name and seat of business of the Firm changed.

Previous employees of the Firm are now judges, investigators and public prosecutors and some of them work for tthe governing administration. It is our constant practice to provide students, interns and judicial candidates with the opportunity to work with us on specific cases which will enhance their theoretical knowledge and help them acquire practical skills.

 
Our attorneys are trial lawyers. To a much greater extent than other major law firms, our attorneys have court trial experience. This gives us the ability and confidence to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our client’s cases early in the litigation process, advise on various courses of action, and, if appropriate, take the case to trial. Proceeding to trial is not always the wisest course; however, when it is, you will be represented by trial veterans.

The aims and ideas of our Firm are to practice law as our unique profession with high responsibility and with comprehensive commitment. The chief aim is to serve in the profession that the Firm would have always the full confidence of clients to protect their rights and interests and to receive the trust of all people.
